I'd ask your Exchange admin but I'd recommend freeing up some space  
and seeing if those messages start appearing.

Any errors in the Unity app log?
Any NDRs being generated from Exchange?
Does Exchange Message Tracking show the voicemails coming in?

Been too long and I don't recall what account the messages are sent  
from (or where the NDRs go, probably one of the Unity system accounts).
