[cisco-voip] Call Forwarding

Why= Because that is the way it works. Why did you think an upgrade would
change that? Is it in the release notes that on version 7.1 you can CF a
different line then the primary?

We upgraded to CUCM 7.1.  We still cannot call forward any line except the
top button on the phone - why???  This is a nuisance.

We have secretaries who manage many lines on their phones and they need to
call forward multiple lines.
