We are in the process of deploying about 1,000 phones on campus with
very limited staff. Phase 1 of our project is to get our entire network
upgraded, replace all network gear in about 70 buildings, phones out
there and have users get used to all the new features that come along
with them. That is plenty for now. It keeps us really busy in addition
to all the other things we do on a normal basis.
Phase 2 will include all of those extras - one of which is possibly
having users log into CUCM. It is just not a priority now. Eventually
we will get there and we will consider if we will allow our users access
to our Call Manager. Thanks for all of your input.
