Hi Guys,
Cisco CallManager 7
Cisco Attendant Console
Cisco IP Phones 7965
Cisco Attendant Console (old version not ARC)
I have a problem with Cisco Attendant Console, when the ac user tries to
transfer or consult transfer the call, the caller should hear music on
hold but here no music on hold is played. But if the AC user transfers
the call directly from the ip phone, the MoH is played. When I place a
user on hold, the MoH seems to be working fine, its problem only when I
do a Transfer. The MoH resources are located in the head office
connected via an MPLS link and am using the old version of Attendant
Console (not ARC). The Media Resources and Music on Hold settings are
configured properly under the pilot point.
Is there any setting that I am missing or need to look into for Music on
Hold for Attendant Consoles?
Many thanks,
Kiran
