[cisco-voip] fast busy on UCCX trigger

Hi,

I've setup an application in UCCX, but I'm constantly receiving a fast busy
when I dial the trigger. I've gone though my script, the application, and
prompts, but I can't detect a problem. I've checked CoS on CTI ports and the
CTI route point, but everything looks fine. Does anyone have a suggestion as
to where I can focus my search to correct this problem.
