[cisco-voip] UCCX 5.0(2) and 7.0(1) service releases

I work on UCCX 5.0.2 SR2. I found only one problem - system cant backup and
backup process crushes with exception about "no connection with CCM". I have
no ideas why did it happened. All other features work fine.

Did anyone have the same problem? How to fix that?
