[cisco-voip] CCX CSQ Avg Wait Duration calculation

I am wanting to use the Avg Wait Duration for a CSQ to prompt users on hold
of approximate wait time, but it appears in my testing that it resets daily.


 

Is this truly the case or since I am only testing for short periods of time
that the average goes to zero since there are so few calls?
