[cisco-voip] UCCX upgrade 5.0.2 -> 7.0.1

I have a couple of questions about upgrading UCCX from 5.0.2 to 7.0.1:


*        Historical Data - is this data migrated for this upgrade (unlike moving from 3.5 to 5)?

*        CAD - will the agents be notified of an upgrade ... or does the Agent Desktop need to be re-installed?
