[cisco-voip] Route Pattern issue

Hi,

I have an issue that I've not seen before.

I have a route pattern 9.0[1-3]XXXXXXXXX for National rate UK number which I've used lots of times on other clusters and not had any issues.

This route pattern is assigned to partition and a blocking route list.

A new cluster I've just deployed 7.1(2b)SU1.

I've tried some other patterns 

if I make it specific to a number it works :=)

9.01! doesn't work
9.013! does work
9.01342!
9.02! doesn't work
9.020! does work.

I don't think I tried 9.020XXXXXXXXX (gives me something to try on monday!)

Please tell me I'm not going mad!
