[cisco-voip] Cisco 7961 - Wrong Time, No Local Directory, No Services

I'm having an issue with a Cisco 7961 phone not showing the proper time,
local directory and services.  I think it is somehow related to the 'DNS
Unknown Host' error I'm getting when I look at the status messages.
Anyone seen anything similar?  Odd thing is that I have DNS running.
