[cisco-voip] Cisco 7961 - Wrong Time, No Local Directory, No Services

Regarding the DNS Unknown Host error it's not affecting your time, but  
is breaking your services/directories.   What version of CUCM are you  
using?

Keep in mind that just because you have DNS configured doesn't mean  
the phone is able to resolve whatever it is trying to.
