[cisco-voip] Conferencing Issue with CCM 4.2

Group:

The issue is very random. Most of the times I am able to to conferencing
using CCM Conferencing Bridge. But sometimes, user complaint that they are
unable to do conferencing; either they are unable to join user or the
conference softkey is also disabled.

I did look at the traces, but the information is so much that I feel totally
lost looking at these traces.

Any ideas where to look for.
