[cisco-voip] What is not migrated when DMA Upgrades from 4.2 to 7.1.x

no custom MoH, ring tones, background images.
No LDAP settings.
we had some issues with user association with the phones but it may have
been do to DC->AD LDAP as apart of that.
just know that you will want to move application user accounts to new
application users and out of the normal user accounts.
