[cisco-voip] AC Hunt Pilot won't Forward After Hunting

Greetings,
 
I want to have an AC hunt pilot with 2 members set to circular hunting
where if neither member picks up the call, it gets sent to a contact
center trigger.
 
On the line config in the AC pilot, I have my contact center trigger
extension in the forward busy, no answer, no coverage etc. fields.  I
would think that would do it, but instead the call just goes to
voicemail.  If I put the forwarding to the contact center on the 2
member's phone lines, unanswered calls do go to the contact center.
Problem with this setup is incoming calls don't hunt.  The pilot rings
one member and then member's phone line forwards to the contact center.
 
I wonder why the forwarding fields in the AC pilot line's config are
being ignored?
