[cisco-voip] RAW File Converter

When I upload my Ring.raw and my Ringlist.xml to the root of both cucm 7.x
in the cluster via the tftp server then restart them I go to settings on the
phone and I don't see the ring listed as an option am I doing something
wrong?  I only see rings 1 - 7 none of the rings listed in the file?  This
is for 7970 and 7975 phones.
