[cisco-voip] MWI Will Not Turn off - Unity Connection 7.0.2

I tried resetting it on the user (just disabling and enabling it),
i've also tried, from the PhoneSystem Integration menu, Checking
"Force All MWIs Off for this Phone System, then running a MWI Sync for
the entire phone system. I still get the same results.
My last ideas was to tell the user to write down any needed voice
messages so that I could recreate his account.
