[cisco-voip] MGCP Single PRI Reset

I just want to confirm something with MGCP.  I need to change the CSS
for one PRI.  We have configured the gateway with ccm-manager config.
>From what I can remember I can reset the PRI without affecting any
other PRI's, so no call drops will occur.

I searched and searched on the interweb and could not find the answer anywhere.
A link would also be greatly appreciated.
