[cisco-voip] MWI for Analog Phone Attached to EVM-HD Module...

We are installing with Teledex Diamond phones.  Because we can't use VG224s,
we had to use EVM modules with FXSs.  The problem I am stumped on is finding
a way to get the MWI to light on the phone.  I can hear a stutter tone but
no light.  Its not a PT and CSS issue b/c it works on the VOIP phones.  I
have looked thru the Supp Services docs and it declares that FXSs with the
SCCP on the 4-port cards is NOT supported, like it is on the VGs.   Any
assist would be greatly appreciated...
