[cisco-voip] Unity 4.0 unified with exchange 2000 to Unity 7.0 with exchange 2007

Group,

Anyone done an in-place upgrade of Unity 4.x to Unity 7 all the while with
keeping exchange 2000 then moving to exchange 2007 with unified messaging?

I see that Unity 7 is support on Windows 2000 can anyone describe any
caveats to this? Will my setup require a OS change to Server 2003?
