(let me pre cursor this by saying I'm with Arc - so I appreciate your pain more than most - we hear it daily!)

The old CAC will work as Ryan says - they would be able to add more. Hwoever, it is EoL today, meaning that although it will work, you will have limited support on it. As you know the writing is on the wall for the old Attendant Consoles. As well as the "Arc" attendant consoles - you also have the Cisco OEM ones - Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console (CUBAC), Cisco Unified Department Attendant Console (CUDAC) & Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console (CUEAC) - collectively referred to as the CUxAC suite. You may find one of those are a better fit, and also future proof you're customers Attendant Console system

It's a price point issue actually. The ARC licenses are pretty expensive for something that used to be free.

Should work and is supported for upgraded systems.  That said 7.x was  
the first shot at getting rid of the thing entirely so I'd highly  
recommend your customer start evaluating other options.

Attendants. He is migrating to CCM 7.1 and I know that the Attendant  
Consoles work and are supported as long as they are migrated from 6.1.  
My question is, will I be able to add additional attendants once I am
