Hi,

I received error message "CDAUI2034 Invalid Cisco Unified presence Cluster User Credentials. Configured user must be able to run SOAP 
Queries"  when trying to integrate CCX 7.0 with Presence 7.0.

I do not know how to fix this problem. Anyone can help?
