[cisco-voip] How to remove CCX system prompt "Are you still there?" on the menu step

I am using CCX 7.0 and scripting with menu step. I notice whenever the 
menu prompt is reaching timeout, the CCX system will play "Are you still 
there?" which I believe a system message. Is there a way to remove this?
