Re-record the system file still_there.wav and record it as a blank file.
Wfavvid\prompts\system\g711_ulaw\en_us\userDialog\still_there.wav
Be aware that if any service pack or upgrade is done, this file will be
replace with the original again.

Hi ciscozest
you have to edit the file under the flash called: RingList.xml, and
remove the line of "Are you still there?"
Then you have to reset the TFTP service and phones.
