[cisco-voip] How to remove CCX system prompt "Are you still there?" on themenu step (ciscozest)

what i'd do, is go to the input tab on the menu step properties and set the
time out and retries down to 0, be default is 3
if you set this 2 fields to 0 the prompt "are you still there" is not going
to be played to the caller

hopefully this helps
