[cisco-voip] Old Legacy Attendant console

The old CAC used something called the "Line State Server", which was essentially a Cisco proprietary interface using TCD & accessing the database

The new AC's use CTI (TAPI), with a bit of AXL in there too for SuperProvider support

Does anyone know what it uses to get the status of the lines in the old (and possibly new) attendant console is it TAPI/AXL/Something Else? As shown in the picture below.
