[cisco-voip] UCCX Services question

I had a similar problem and TAC told me that it could not be fixed (I don't have anything configured for one of the subsystems so it won't start). The CCX Editor service will only run when you are running the script editor on the node.

When I check UCCX control center the Status show as Partial_Service everything is running the only service that is not running is Cisco Unified CCX Editor. When I start the Cisco Unified CCX Editor application the Cisco Unified CCX Editor service does not fully come up the BootStrap Manager show up as Partial_Service the rest of the services within Cisco Unified CCX are running fine how can i fix this problem. Really need some help.
