[cisco-voip] That's weird: analog paging has no voice path in 12.4(24)T1, but works in 12.4(15)

We've got an analog paging device connected to a EVM-HD port.

In 12.4(15), everything works fine.

In 12.4(24)T, the paging unit gets the ring indication, (the users hear the 
overhead tone), but when they speak it's not coming out the overhead.

If I have them plug in standard analog telephone into the same port, it 
works on 12.4(24)T.

Ideas?  The only difference is the IOS code; config isn't being changed 
between test iterations.
