[cisco-voip] Remote User local DN's via SIP providers?

All,
I was wondering if anyone had any experience or solutions for handing remote
user DN¹s that are connected via VPN. To be more specific, we currently
have about 30 teleworkers connected via DMVPN back to our home office. All
of these employees have Cisco 79xx series phones. As of right now clients
utilize an 800 number to reach these clients by entering their extensions.
Is there any providers (maybe SIP) out there that could provide a local
direct dial DN in these employee areas? It would be nice to be able to have
a local number / fax and just route it back to us via the Internet. I know
that there are QoS issues to think about, but we already have these
addressed with our current setup.
Any input would be greatly apprecaited.
Thanks,
Matt
