[cisco-voip] CP-7960 Cannot display greek characters even when Greek locale is loaded

Can you clarify what you mean by "sent from the web server"?  Are you 
pushing display elements to the phone via ip phone services SDK and 
XML?  If so, I believe the encoding type is specified in the header and 
may affect character rendering.
