[cisco-voip] 7911 SCCP shows unprovisioned

Running CallManager 7.1(2) I had our staging group put loads on 7911s.

 

Onsite I plug the phones in and see Unprovisied.  Like they are trying
to use SIP!?!

 

We are all SCCP, the phones are in CallManager correctly.

 

Any ideas?  If they do have SIP loads on them how do I convert them back
to SCCP?
