[cisco-voip] C1861-SRST-F/K9 with HWIC-1T1/E1

I am guessing you're missing the card type command, and that you can't see the controller interface in the config, but you can see the physical interface installed.

I have a 1861 and purchased the optional HWIC-1T1/E1. I received my box, the label says the HWIC-1T1/E1 is included.

I can't see the physical T1 port.
