Forgot to mention, you can turn off AD sync, add a user, then turn ADsync back on.

If you're AD synced, then you shouldn't be able to add users, the button to do that shouldn't even be there.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Adding End Users to Groups -- Error

(Sorry if this is a duplicate posting...I am having all sorts of trouble getting it posted today for some reason)

Good afternoon,

Using CUCM 6.1.2.1001-4

When I attempt to add End Users to groups and save the user, I get the error message:

Update failed. java.sql.SQLException: Could not position within a table (informix.enduser).

(I am in the Standard CCM Superuser group and the cluster is AD synchronized, if it makes any difference)

It appears that I can add users to groups via the User Groups setup, but not via the End User setup.

Any idea how to get past this? Thanks!
