[cisco-voip] VG 248's

We recently had 3 vg248's change from full duplex to half, we reset the
settings and they connect at full, but go back to half after a period of
time,  we rebooted them and everything appears to be stable at this
time.  Environment checks out ok as I understand that a faulty power
supply could cause this.  Any other ideas?
