[cisco-voip] DMA and upgrade at the same time?

The upgrade on Cisco.com should not be bootable. This is to counter
piracy. Ordering from Cisco should provide bootable media. You need
bootable media to recognize hardware and start the process, then you can
feed any patch (upgrade) file.
