[cisco-voip] missing CAR data...why?

So most likely CDR has older data but CAR is not loading that older data 
because it thinks that data is already loaded.  Probably best bet is 
purge all CAR, reset the load date(combination of tbl_load_history and 
art..tbl_system_preferences.paramname=MIN_DATE), and let it all reload.
