Boy are you behind-
Are you using the Emotiv Systems headset?  That is the only that is supported...
Did you check the release notes:

Downloaded the CallManager 9.1 .iso from the Partner Beta website and couldn't get the Neuro adapter for the 9971 working properly.  Anyone tested this yet?
