[cisco-voip] CallManager Express 7.1 and G.722 (service phone g722CodecSupport 2)

Maybe I'm just fooling myself, but I can still tell a difference in
the audio between calls running at G711 vs G722 even with the standard
handsets.

All the wide handsets I have all have some numbers in black ink
printed on the bottom edge of the microphone end (under the recessed
cord connection like nate said)
