[cisco-voip] Newest EoL AC client?

Load up the latest version of 6x and pull it from there. We've used that
version on all of our 4x to 7x clients to give them the newest version of
the native AC instead of the old crusty 4x client that never got updated.
(since from 4x to 7x, the client is just retained, but not touched)
