[cisco-voip] Paging

I just finished testing the Syn-Apps SA Announce product.  It is very
easy to use as well as robust!

We use InformaCast works really good. Easy to setup and very functional,
a lot more features than we will ever need.

 

Please keep in mind that what the license are for is the total amount of
paging at one time. Not the amount of phones that you have. This caught
us.

...in all cases your network needs to be multicast enabled keep in mind.

You can do singlewire informacast, IpCellerate, or CUAE.

With CME, yes. With CUCM, not natively. You will need to purchase a
third party product. I am sure some others on this thread have
suggestions.

Is there anyway to page via the speaker on phones to:

1.  A small group withing one area?
2.  Broadcast page to many phones throughout our campus?
