[cisco-voip] Design guide for sip trunk over xdsl

I have to design some sip trunk for our customer (we are evaluating
the technical solution).

Have you some advice or guide?

For example you suggest a dedicated line or a working business xdsl
with enough guaranteed bandwidth is ok?
Is there some equation to consider other than number of concurrent
calls x bandwith of codec used = bandwidth consumed ?

Any working experience?
