[cisco-voip] RTMT HardwareFailure events

The HP Storage Manager Agent is a service / process that interrogates the
hardware.  It appears that the process has stop responding to input, or the
RAID controller has stopped responding to it's input.

I would ensure you have a good backup before you attempt anything (just in
case)
