[cisco-voip] Cisco Attendant Console

Cisco's new Attendant Console (ARC OEM).  Has anyone upgraded to a new
version?

I've Upgraded CM, Unity, UCCx, InformaCast, etc.in the past.

What is the upgrade path for Cisco's rebranded ARC Console application?  Can
you do it yourself or do you have to have a partner do it?
