[cisco-voip] IDLE URL in CUCM 7.x

Guys,

can we configure the phone idle URL in CUCM 7.1 server itself, I read the
document saying that we may need to have one more IIS server to point the
.aps  file to locate.

If suppose I am upgrading from 4.x to 7.x I had already configured the Idle
URL, will it restore the same in 7.x
