[cisco-voip] IDLE URL in CUCM 7.x

The idle URL will remain configured, but the actual file will not be present on the server.  In 5.x and later you do not have the ability to upload files to the CUCM web server and must use your own server to host things like custom services, idle URLs, etc.

can we configure the phone idle URL in CUCM 7.1 server itself, I read the document saying that we may need to have one more IIS server to point the .aps  file to locate.

If suppose I am upgrading from 4.x to 7.x I had already configured the Idle URL, will it restore the same in 7.x
