[cisco-voip] Get the Media Stream on a VG

not sure how you would initiate the conference.   Perhaps you could do
something with a TCL script but it would depend on the capabilities of the
SIP recording solution.

The easiest thing I can think of would be to use a passive T1 recording
solution and tap either the PSTN T1 or the central system T1.
