[cisco-voip] CallManager 8.0(2)

They say you shouldn't use them because you don't get the pak keys with the download but as long as you have the pak key to get your ccm version 8 license you can use them. So in theory if you could convince tac to give you a license you wouldn't have to wait for the discs to ship..

The UCSInstall_UCOS_8.0.2.10000-24.sgn.iso_part1ofX file on Cisco.com/downloads can't be used for upgrading from 7.1(3) to 8.0(2), correct? What is it on CCO for?

 Customer has to go to PUT after 4/12 and order CallManager 8x upgrade if they are entitled, right?
