They say you shouldn't use them because you don't get the pak keys with
the download but as long as you have the pak key to get your ccm version
8 license you can use them. So in theory if you could convince tac to
give you a license you wouldn't have to wait for the discs to ship..

The UCSInstall_UCOS_8.0.2.10000-24.sgn.iso_part1ofX file on
Cisco.com/downloads can't be used for upgrading from 7.1(3) to 8.0(2),
correct? What is it on CCO for?

 

 Customer has to go to PUT after 4/12 and order CallManager 8x upgrade
if they are entitled, right?
