Afternoon Wes,

Thanks for clarifying what that error message meant.

I have looked into this more deeply now and have seen this error code:

Reason Code [Optional].:13

I believe this refers to a loss of connectivity between the phone and subscriber, so we will look into a possible connectivity issue now.

Thanks for your help.

Regards

What is the cause code reported by the phones when they reregister?

The message below is auditing a failed login attempt. It is unlikely related to phones unregistering.

/Wes

We have been experiencing an issue where our IP phones in our remote sites reregister at the same time every morning, since we have upgraded our cluster the version 6.1.4.2190-3.

We are also getting this message from RTMT at the same time: At Mon Apr 12 09:42:56 BST 2010 on node publisher, the following SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated: SeverityMatch - Alert system-auth(pam_unix)[1539]: check pass; user unknown

Is this reregistering issue a known bug on this version?
