[cisco-voip] CUBAC Presence Pluggin breaks BLF

Working with TAC, it seems that if Presence service is enabled on CUBAC and
the user has UPC device, CUBAC will use the UPC Device Name (MAC) for the
contact monitored device . BLF need this to be the mac of the sccp phone for
BLF status to work correctly. To sum up it seems that CUBAC can only monitor
BLF if there if the contact is not Presence enabled.  Does some know if
there is a work around or if this is correct?
