[cisco-voip] Auto Attendent

Go to Application, Cisco Unified Callmanager Serviceability

Go to Tools, Control Center

Select a server (doesn't matter which one you do first - you have to do
all)

Select Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher 

Stop and then Start the Service

Do the same for second server

Hello,
 
I arrived to office this morning and got a call from the operator that
the "Line Status" in auto atendent are giving "?" as unknown. I did
restart the CTI Manager service and the TCD service but still the same.
i even did a reset for the Pilot with no success. We are using call
manager 4.2. Any idea how to troubleshoot this issue?
